I had the opportunity to undergo training at this clinic soon after completing my Master’s in Psychology, and it has been a truly valuable experience. During my time here, I learned to understand and classify disorders using standard diagnostic manuals, sensitivities and methods for conducting intake consultation sessions, and administer diagnostic scales. I was also guided in case formulation and introduced to the basics of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My supervisor Ms. Bushra was very knowledgeable, approachable, and always ensured a supportive learning environment. She really delivered the training in alot of detail. The clinic emphasized both ethical practice and professional growth, which made the training holistic and impactful. This experience has greatly strengthened my clinical foundation and boosted my confidence as an emerging psychologist.
